Last week was a little rough for me. I have been having trouble staying on track with my diet and exercise.
    This week my goals are:
    1. Stay within my calorie limit. Focus on healthy choices. Do not give into cravings.
    2. Workout everyday this week. No Excuses!

Right now, I'm on 0 lb lost.... really disappointing results. This week I want to push past my plateau!

You can do it! Have you considered trying to stick to Michi's ladder as a way of healthy eating? Here is a link to it, if you don't already know about it: http://www.decidetostayfit.com/michis-ladder.pdf

    Good Luck!

Alright! We are heading down the wire! I am about to get really focused! Who's gonna join me? Last week was on of celebrations! My son, home from the Navy, and my birthday! But, these celebrations don't give me a reason to steer off the path, because I have a long way to go. So, this week's goals are: 1) Don't eat after 8:00 3) No eating out this week 2) Salads with lunch & Dinner!! goal.jpg

Also, I have found a NEW Muse (Who this time, you say LOL!) No, really! I am very motivated by this young lady for healthy eating and working out tips. Check her out on her facebook page and look at some of her You Tube Videos. All of her info is sound and free: http://www.facebook.com/LeanSecrets

    Ki Kaha Everyone!
