what's up with you? We've got over 80 members, but I only hear from a handful of you. Are the rest of you sticking with the DVD? I want to hear from some of you!

I'm still doing it, but definitely slower than everybody else and my knee just can't take all of the exercises. So I wind up doing more of some things and less of the others. I'm still motivated, but I wound up having to take most of last week off because my kidneys were hurting so bad (I have a bad history of kidney stones and problems). But I did find out Friday that my thyroid tested low, so I'm waiting to see what kind of meds the doctor want to put me on.

I don't think I'll be doing it tomorrow since I have an IVP scheduled and then have to go to the urologist in the afternoon, but I am looking forward to getting back to it Tuesday! I have done it about 10 days and I can definitely tell a difference in the tightness of my muscles.

I'm struggling with my knees a bit too - I'm just trying to land as softly as I can , and if they're really giving me trouble I squat and box it out instead.

Hope you're feeling better soon - It's amazing that you've kept going even though you're not feeling well. :flowerforyou:

I'm still working on this... I have fallen back a few days but still keeping at it as much as I can.
I'm not where I want to be and don't look like I will finish ontime... but I do plan on finishing.
So far I haven't really had any problems doing the excersices... the problem is trying to fit everything into my day.
I'm working on it... not giving in up.

Thanks for speaking up, Kelz and Vanna! It's okay that you're not doing it every day; you're still part of the group. :) I feel like we're hearing more from the people who can the workout in every day, more than the people who really need more support... I especially want to hear from you guys!

For those of you who are still lurking, what's up? Are you doing Level Two, or Level One? What do you find most challenging? Can you think of things that you could change that would help you fit your workouts in better? Do you need ideas for modifying the exercises that you're finding challenging?
