Ok y'all I'm on this journey ta lose weight n get fit after having 3 babies...my man is in real gud shape n makes it very difficult to curb my cravings becuz hes always eating junk food...I dnt hag a real strong support system around me so I'm quickly losin. Motivation n its becumin easier for me to skip wrkouts...do y'all hav any suggestions
