    Sorry Team I had a terrible week. I spent the week working double shifts days into swings 2 days & swings into graves 1 day and at the same time doctoring my first horse. I doctored him for 4 days and basically got no sleep for days. We finally had to put him down on friday and I have been devestated ever since. Still not doing well but I get better every day. I had him for 24 years and he would have been 26 next week. I got him when he was 18 months old. I trained him myself and he was a great friend and took care of anyone that rode him from babies to the elderly. I hope to get out of this funk and do better this week.

    Sorry reds - despite lots of exercise (a new thing for me!) I have no loss this week. It is TOM and I always gain 1-2lb then so I am really hoping that is all it is. (I presume it wouldn't be normal to do lots of exercise and be so well under calorie goal every day and lose nothing?). I genuinely did try very hard and expect the credit for my efforts to show up after TOM is over. Sorry about the push-ups...just don't seem to be able to do them.

    So sorry to hear about your loss. Take care of yourself. Looks like you did excellent to maintain your weight through such a difficult time.
