I'm keen to hear of any RFL friendly recipes, particularly breakfast. Are we confined to eggwhite omletes and protein shakes??

I sure am. I'm vegetarian so it's a bit harder for me. Greek yogurt is essentially half of the diet for me. Fortunately I'm only doing it for two weeks at a time.0

Mixing 1/2 a cup plain greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and sweetener is not too bad. I switch it out with the egg whites because I get so tired of eating the same thing every day. I've also done protein powder blended with chocolate cocoa, sweetener, and cottage cheese. If you use a magic bullet or something similar, it gets very smooth and it's like having pudding...

For pizza
you can use ground chicken breast or turkey breast for crust.
Usually I bake them then when it's done I put toppings and bake for another 5 minutes.0
