day 2 30 day shred - any advise appreciated

Hi All well got my 30 day shred DVD on Saturday and did my first shred yesterday level 1, wow after completing my legs were like jelly, I do workout at the gym and also cycleso not as if im unfit, but wow session one really worked on me. Today I have completed day 2 of the shred, i decided to do level 2 just to see the difference in difficulty, oh yes it was defo more difficult.
I plan to do the shred for 30 sessions and only have days off when I go the gym so on average will be doing it 5 time per 7 days but may also decided to have one rest day per week, as I have only just started I am still trying to plan how to work it.
I wanted to know how other people have done it, have you taken rest days, have you not done it when doing other workouts, has anyone done it twice per day, do you all do level 1 for a week followed by 2 for a week then 3, of do you mix and match to how you feel, so many questions i would love the answers to.
Finally after the 30 days how much weight did you loose, the dvd says you can loos upto 20lb has anyone done this??? I am on average loosing 1lb per week so thinking of shreding 20lb over the 30 days is massive!!

Welcome to the Shred, Amanda! If you haven't found it already, thre is a topic on this group called "what is your 30DS schedule" where people have discussed exactly this. You will quickly see a lot of different responses and schedules. I personally am doing 7 workouts in every 9-10 days so that I can do it all in one month (I have to take off Tues/Thurs due to schedule). So I am not doing it as much as some people, but I just wanted a definitive start and end date for the purpose of measuring...
