Anyone have any ideas for meals I can incorporate that my whole family will enjoy? I am looking for things that are somewhat easy and not too time consuming as I am a busy lady

I love quinoa (pronounced keen-wah). I use it as a base for lots of yummy stuff. You can make a stir fried "rice" using the quinoa. It is so good and processes as a protein in our bodies, instead of a starch like rice or pasta. I Add boneless, skinless chicken tenders cut into bite size pieces, diced onions, bite size pieces of asparagus, chopped carrots, a few peas, mushrooms. The beauty of it is you can add what you like. Adjust it to your families likes.0
