How did everyone do?

So I have learned a few things these three weeks:
1. I think that I am semi-lactose intolerant.
2. My digestion system is not a fan of beef.
3. Adding breakfast to my diet helps my metabolism.

What have you learned?

This week: No Carbs.

Actually, today, I had a bowl of cheerios (I blame it on the high cholestorel), however, my good friend lives by eating 100g of Carbs before noon - use it or lose it. I think that I will abide by that rule this week.

    Loss for April so far 4lbs

    Learned I can eat a lot of chocolate and still lose weight LOL but was a one off for easter.
