How to log BR in myfitnesspal exercise?

Anyone have suggestions for logging Body Revolution workouts into your daily MFP logs? Help!

    If you have a HRM....you would log it manuelly...and place in the calories burned otherwise...I would do Aerobics or circuit training....Hope this helps...

    I had the same question, to be more accurate since I don't have a HRM would you suggest alternating one workout circuit training and another aerobic?

    On another board someone said for the cardio workouts, they choose high impact aerobics, and the other workouts choose circuit training. Hope that hellps
