I'm a total sucker for peanut butter too!!!! Most of the times, I eat it as my evening snack if I still need to fit some calories in!
Here's my list:
Fage nonfat greek yogurt (LOVE this stuff)
Any type of berries (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries mostly)
Quinoa crunch (a Jillian Michael recipe that is the BOMB...I sprinkle it on my breakfast yogurt)
light string cheese
2% cottage cheese
hard-boiled eggs
steamed or roasted veggies (I'm trying to try a new veggie each week...some of new favorites are cauliflower, kale and eggplant)
steel cut oatmeal
nuts (almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts)
whole grain sandwich thins
fruit (apples, bananas)
green salad (have to include broccoli slaw...LOVE it!)
homemade dijon vinagreitte
ground turkey breast
chicken breast/thighs
barley
quinoa
whole wheat cous cous
beans (garbanzo, kidney, cannellini, etc)
fish and shellfish
I tend to get trapped in the dull routine of eating the same foods over and over again so I'm trying to branch out and try new things. Staying away from processed foods as much as possible and only eating clean foods. I've been doing a lot more cooking at home and trying to recreate family favorites such as mac-n-cheese, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, etc to get away from the boxed convenient stuff.0 -

It's sooooo delicious!! I don't like it by itself but sprinkled on yogurt, it adds that crunch and nutty flavor that just makes your mouth water!!!
