How is everyone doing? we will start with the count down soon so keep it up!

I'm still dealing with what i gained during my holidays but i'm fully back on track now.

    I maintained this week which I feel is pretty good considering I went on vacation and had no control over food choices for 3 days. This week I will drop another 2-3 lbs my goal.

    I am down from the week before (Thankfully!) 3.8lbs, but I only count it as 2 since a holiday bumped me back up. lol. Getting there. Just have to keep reminding myself I didn't pack it on over night, I'm not going to peel it off over night either :grumble:

    I have only been doing this since Monday, and I have lost 5 lbs! I'm sure it is all water weight, but hey, its progress! =)
