Hi i am planing on Jogging 4x a week for about 40 min each time I will be doing zumba on dvd 3x a week for about 40 min. i might add 10 min strength training 5x a week too. What are your workout plans for this challenge?

184.6 lbs as of last night. I usually lose my weight on wed or thurs I've noticed lol. Its weird. At least Im losing. My body better kick it into gear better so I can make it to -10 lbs this month! Hope everyone had a really great week and wonderful holiday weekend!

I have been religious about my calories, been (mostly) deligent with my workouts - and the pounds are BRUTAL at coming off... would love any tips/tricks/suggestions - 30lbs isnt gonna be easy, and I want to do it the right way... what is everyone going to do - either differently or more aggressively in the next 3 months
