On holidays....

Hi there
a quick question....I'm going to Sydney on holidays for 5 days next week, over that time I won't be going to the gym, we will be walking lots, including a 2 hour walkIng tour one day n 2 hours of adventure caving another day. I wasn't Planning to take my hrm so curious what others think I should do? Just eat my cut or maybe eat a extra say 200 cals per day to make up fir any exercise (I am going with my personal trainer n she has already at least 2 of the days we will be going out running for a hour or so before breakfast)

I typically eat whatever I want, lol. :blushing:
If you want to regulate yourself, then either just eat at maintenance, or plan for your cut #, but give yourself the leeway of going up to maintenance as needed
