How many calories do you eat?

I want to know what other women weight lifting are eating for cals and macros. I am 5'4" and 149lbs and want to lose weight. I recently started weight lifting 3 days/week with running 2 miles about 4 days/week.

I'm similar to you. I'm 5'5", 142lbs, lift 3 days a week with cardio 3-4 days a week. Right now I'm eating 1650 calories per day plus some exercise calories. Also I'm set to lightly active on MFP. I hope that helps you some, though I'm not entirely sure I'm eating the right amount either to be honest.0

I am following the NROL4W cals for maintenance. I am 5'4" and 114, I eat 1870 on rest days and another 200 on lifting days. I have been eating like this for 4 weeks and gained a pound but I think it's probably water from lifting and eating more.0

I eat about 2000-2200 on lifting days and 1800-2000 on my cardio days. I try to keep my macro ratio to 45% carbs 35% protein and 20% fat.0

1800-1900 on non-workout days and 2200-2500 on workout days, depending on how much activity I do. My LBM is 135 lbs so I aim for 135g protein on non-workout days and 160-180g on workout days. I generally aim for 50-60g of fat and the rest of my calories can come from carbs.0

I'm lifting and training for a marathon, so I eat quite a bit! I'm 5'5" an 121.5lbs....currently eating at least 2000/day, usually more like 2200-2300 and up to 3000+ on my long run days. I have my macros set to 45carb/30fat/25protein0

Thanks for your input. I think I'm going to try 1600 for the next 3-4 weeks to see if I lose weight.0
