Week 4, for real this time :)

Okay, I slacked off the end of week 3 and week 4 was a total bust. I began week 4 yesterday and even though I missed my normal workout time this morning, I just did my workout, which I finished after 11pm- ugh!
How's everyone doing, and with your diets? I just posted it on my wall too... but I think my net calories have been too low, since I just thought I could listen to my body and only eat when I'm hungry. I'm tryng to keep my net closer to 1200 (except I didn't eat enough today). The past 2 days, the scale went down both mornings, so even though I didn't enjoy eating more on workout days, I'm going to try to stick with it.

wow! Your stomach looks amazing!! I have had a rough week, so I have completely fallen off But am hoping to get a work out in today and continue for the next four weeks. Great job on sticking it out!0
