I can create positive support to my goals, dreams, and overall well-being if I erase negative thinking! It is then that I will learn how to tap into my spiritual power, receive inner healing, and walk with purpose. When I believe, I can achieve anything that is possible.

7) I will not allow my past to destroy my future.....I forgive all my abusers so I don't allow them to continue to have power over me ANYMORE!

9) I refuse to allow the "fat jokes" to affect me anymore! I'm moving on....so get out of my way!
