Which BMR should I use??

Hi folks
I've just started upping my calories and was intending to eat my BMR. The website linked to my this group says my BMR is 1626, but MFP says 1,507.
Which one should I eat to?? I'm now really confused and not knowing which to do is stressful for me.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Also, eating 20% below my TDEE puts me at the MFP BMR number...
Does that mean that the MFP is not in fact my actual BMR, but just my TDEE - 20%? If so, I should stick to eating my BMR even though it's slightly more right??0 -
I always recommend starting higher. You do not want to risk going below BMR. Are you figuring any activities into your day when calculating your numbers?0
