I found this group but not until after the 4/1 date....is there another one starting? I would really like a chance to follow this group.

    I would like to try this also, need to lose 45 lbs by Jan 2013. I will try anything that works.

    I just found this group and want to get some together to start too. Was thinking of starting next Monday the 19th of 2013. Any takers? Plus I need to know what MCT oil is
