April 16th Challenges!

Hello Everyone! I realize it is Wednesday and we haven't spelled out what we're doing for the week! Hopefully everyone has gotten in at least one day of exercise this week already so let's talk quickly about what we want to do. Last week's challenge was 10miles of Cardio in any form.
Do we want to expand on last week's challenge and make it 12miles or try for something entirely different? We can also do a combination of things cardio, strength and agility. I don't know about anyone else but I am tired of being fat! The skinny girl inside of me is screaming to get out and have an active summer. (I don't think she realizes how big I really am! lol)
