    You're also probably drinking water like a camel. I drink a ton of water. While at work, I try to average one cup of water/hr. These cups are about 16oz.

    And yes, I have the same issue. Makes me feel like I have the bladder of a 5 year old...

    It's easy to become dehydrated on keto.. most people advocate even when you're sick of water... drink more. I pee like a racehorse too, but my fluid consumption is way up.
