What exactly does this mean?

On some of the exercise descriptions in the book, it says "finish all reps, then switch sides and repeat the set". So if you're doing 10 reps, does that mean you actually do 20?? 10 on each side? Or does if just mean do 10 on one side, then on your next set, do the other side?

I took it to mean do 10 on one side and then 10 on the other and that's a "set". Could be wrong since I'm a newbie to NROLFW. :happy:0

which page does it say that? It's hard to tell what they mean without a bit more context.0

Not sure which page as I have the Kindle version. But if you look at many of the descriptions in "The Right Moves" section, it will either say "Finish all your reps, then switch sides and repeat the set", or "do half the repetitions, switch sides, and finish the set".0

yes that's what it means. you're doing 10 for each side not 5 for each side0

That's what I thought, but wanted to make sure others agreeIt could be read as doing the other side on your NEXT set, but then it wouldn't make sense if you had 3 sets, because you'd do one side twice!
