Hello Beach Bums!!
I hope your week has been great! I am posting this thread tonight so all of you down east can weigh in in the morning if you wish.
You have all day to weigh in on Thursday. If for some reason you can't weigh in please send me a message in advance. Anyone that doesn't weigh in by the end of the day on Thursday will be dropped from the group.

hmmmm. I weighed myself daily (bad, yea I know but I was curious about my fluctuations) within a day I fluctuated easily 4 pounds. During the week I was up to 158 and down to 153. Interesting interesting. To be brutally honest, I could have eaten better last week, I am checking myself mentally, mind is in the game of numbers:) I am off to Europe Monday I hope! So I won't weigh in for two weeks. I am gonna be running daily, doing maintenance push ups and pull ups. And eating delicious:) I WILL be logging my food when I can, I might not complete my diary but it will be there for accountability, so take a look;). Have a wonderful two weeks team!

Rim: I weigh myself daily too even if not recommended, it motivates me to eat better...I hope all the Air Canada Pilots don't call in sick on you on Monday. Have a Great Trip and I will keep you at the same weight for the next 2 weeks if I don't hear from you! Have an amazing trip!!

Yes it was a gain, but it is a gain overnight. I know that it is because I ate a tenderloin and fries last night. I will be closer to 150 next week.
The reason I say a gain overnight is because yesterday afternoon before I worked out I weighed myself and I was at 153.2. Which in the afternoons are right. I know that the tenderloin and fries have made it so I am retaining water. I will know better than to eat out the night before weigh in. I hope everyone else has a great week.0 -

I have been stuck in the low 150's for a while now.......hopefully I won't go back into them this week. I am planning on keeping my momentum going and finally be out of the 150's for good!!!!!0 -

I was actually a little lighter the past couple of days. When I weigh myself this morning, I'm up 0.6 lb. I think it's because after my workout yesterday, I felt especially sore so my body is retaining more water. My hubby's weight doesn't fluctuate nearly as much as mine!0 -

Better weigh in this week - Yeah! Next couple of weeks will be very stressful and it has already started. We are starting State Testing for the next two weeks and I have to be out of my home office to do it. Yuck! Just need to make sure I make good decisions when it comes to lunches.
