i didnt even get an email yesterday so am gonna start just lookin them up i think and ill post here if find it, Have a day off today hence the early post, should have been goin gym but its pssing it down and really cant be doing a 45 mins walk with a 2 yr old in the rain so im at home cleaning and will get on the wii later and maybe my bike etc,
