No, that's my actual TDEE. My BMR is 1317.

    I'm 5'4 and 44 years old, appx 130 lbs. (134 this morning -- aack!).

We oldies (and shorties) don't get such a high TDEE).

I pretty much stayed at 130 when i was fit and teenaged and I'm 5'4". But I did drop about 5lbs when I went to twirling camp and marched up and down hills. (houston is kind of flat) I couldda slimmed down w/more muscle, (no upperbody strength then at all) flat belly and huge hips so the hips might have come down some had I been lifting and I may have been heavier had I been lifting.

I've had my waist go up and my hips go down. as best as I can tell, my hips ONLY hold fat whereas my waist can expand from bloat, TOM, water retention, constipation, or even eating.

Oh and this Sunday is measuring day, but it's going to be my new baseline... hopefully not up from my last measurement but prolly will be. oy.
