HEY THERE! I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A WONDERFUL WEEK OF FUN AND EXERCISE! WE'VE COMMITTED ONCE AGAIN TO STRIVE FOR HEALTH AN WE DECIDED THAT WE'D CHALLANGE OURSELVES AND PUMP UP OUR DAILY EXERCISE ROUTINE...SOOO i PRAY THAT WE WILL DO JUST THAT. i AM LOOKNG FORARD TO DISCUSSING OUR EXPERIENCES ON TUESDAY. DANCE, DANCE, DANCE....DO THEM STAIRS AND LET'S GET IT ON (IMEAN OFF)!!! AND DON'T FORGET TO WATCH THOSE PORTIONS, WEIGH AND MEASURE, IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE, TRY IT AND SEE...4 OZ OF MEAT (PROTEIN) 6 OZ VEGGIES AND 6 OZ SALAD (TWICE A DAY, LUNCH AN DINNER) bREAKFAST SUGGESTION IS EVERYDAY/MORNING 1 OZ OATMEAL (PLAIN) 2 EGGS OR 6 OZ PLAIN NON-FAT YOGURT AND 1 PC OR 6 OZ OF FRUIT FOR BREAKFAST. lET US BE PRAYFUL/MINDFUL TO ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT TO HELP US WHERE WE ARE WEAK AND BE SURE TO PRAY SINCERELY BEFORE EACH MEAL. wE HAVE 4 WEEKS TO REACH OUR GOALS, AND IF WE PRESS WE CAN DO THIS. SERIOUSLY...IF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR CAN GIVE UP HIS LIFE SO THAT WE MAY LIVE....WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO GIVE UP AND BRING GLORY TO HIS NAME? FOOD FOR THOUGHT, I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU TO REMEMBER WHOSE WE ARE, BOUGHT WITH A PRICE!!! BE NICE, BE WELL, BE ENCOURAGED, BELOVED

Oooch, my inner thighs hurt! It's a good hurt as I realize something I did must have been effective...either the swimming for 1 hr or my 2 mornings in a row Jillian Michael's DVD. Please pray I remain consistent - afterall I already bought a "kini" with having shreded all this poundage in-mind - mind you I've lost Nothing according to the scale. I don't want my Kini to rot from just hanging in the closet, and I don't want to be one of those dilusional women who "think" they are fitting the outfit just cuz they have the outfit on.0
