first fasting

I am doing my first 24 hour fasting today. I am doing pretty well right now,..but could use some supporting words...any advice. javascript:add_smiley('noway','topic_body')

    24 hr fast! wow that's hardcore. I don't think I could manage it, I'm an eat when hungry kinda girl. I think the longest I've gone is 8pm - 2pm!

    After reading Eat Stop Eat last night (it's only a 78pg PDF), I decided to do a 24 hr fast. It started at 9PM last night and it ends tonight... The good news is that my sleep time counts toward the fast so now I have just 11 hrs left..

    Grok didn't kill an animal everyday and there weren't always some berries around for Grok to eat. :-)
