Food suggestions

I've been having trouble staying under my sugar goals. I'm not sure what to incorporate into my diet I think which is why this is getting harder. I'm a person who needs variety and there are only so many days in a row I can eat steamed broccoli. I love these foods, but I need some suggestions for meals and/or snacks.

I am at the lowest I've been in 6 years. Not by a whole lot--a pound even, but it leads me to think that watching my sugar OR recalculating the calories I've been eating has something to do with it. Either way, I'm hoping to continue to see change on the scale!
