TDEE and activity level setting

I need help making sure I'm not exaggerating my TDEE. My RMR is roughly 1480. I work out 6-7 days per week. Mostly strength training circuits and some cardio/Tae Bo. My average workout time daily is between 35 and 60 mins. I have a desk job, but I get up regularly to walk around getting things and I take the stairs instead of the elevator.

What is the most accurate activity level multiplier for this amount of activity? Would I choose moderate or very active?

Any help is appreciated. My diary is open. I changed my goal to 1700+ or so today but it was previously 1590.

When I calculate, I consider moderate to be a total of 3-5 hours of exercise per week, and very active, to be 5-6 hours. So I think you'd fall into very active...

I need to up my calories then. I think I've been hitting the cut level some days but I need to do it more consistently. Thanks Kiki!

No problem! Yes, consistency is key ;). Most people that will say that something "didn't work" for them will find that they didn't give it enough time, or were inconsistent. You do those two things, & you're golden :)
