Please help I'm lost with all these numbers

I am a 26 yr old female weighing 118.3 as of my last unofficial weigh in this morning. I am moderately active I guess since I work out 5 days a week doing Chalean extreme, and am a home daycare provider so I'm on the move a lot. I read the first post for this group and figured out my BMR as 1334 according to the link, my TDEE is 2058 and going by that my cut amount should be 1748 (I think). So here are my questions first off is my math correct? Should I only be eating the 1748 on work out days unless my exercise calories is greater then the difference of my Intake-BMR? What should I be eating on my rest days? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Can't ck your numbers cause I'm on a ph but they look right...cut looks right.
Eat that cut value everyday...every single day...and net no less than bmr on burn days.0 -
