Will I regress with NROLFW?

I have been lifting heavy the last few months using the Jamie Eason Live Fit program. I like it but I have moved onto stage 2 and it is 5 days of lifting, different groups each day, and I can't get to the gym that much. I LOVE the progress I have made so far and I am scared of switching to NROLFW and losing some of my progress. There are just so few exercises. I get the whole "less is more" theory, I have the book, but I especially don't want to lose the definition I have got in my upper body. Will NR work all those? Especially in Stage 1? I am really tempted to add a few exercises in (even though it says not to, LOL). Opinions?

IMO, no, you won't regress. The only way you'd regress, is if you lowered the weight you are lifting or stopped lifting altogether. You could always try making your own routine and doing a full body workout 3 times a week....like a hybrid of LiveFit and NROL....

That is what I think will work best is a hybrid, but the books says don't add, UG! I wish this wasn't so freaking confusing!

I really think you will be fine if you just do the program the way it is set up too. Probably, you could skip the first part of Stage 1 where you do 15 reps, 12 reps and 10 reps. Just start doing the 8 reps for the workouts.

My advice would be patience. Once you get out of the first stage, there are plenty of exercises added in. :) good luck!
