Ok Wave Runners, Surfer Dudes and Beach Bums.....are you ALL ready for a WEEKEND BOOST!?!? Let's try something new this weekend to keep us FOCUSED! Our WEEKEND BOOST will be to try to complete the following exercises :

Crunches

You can each take this WEEKEND BOOST and set your own personal goals with it. These exercises are all about QUALITY not QUANTITY! What I mean by this is, it is better to do 5 CORRECTLY executed squats rather than 50 squats done with INCORRECT form! If you are unable to do any of these, please feel free to switch it up to meet your needs. The important thing is that we keep moving and stay focused throughout the weekend. I understand that the weekends are hectic....BUT let's try to make some time for this BOOST! It will help us to see better results!


In addition to this WEEKEND BOOST, let's REMEMBER to DRINK our WATER, LOG our FOODS and CONQUER Michael's weekly challenge!

    definitely ready for this! I am so glad for Michael's "no sugar" challenge--it was perfect timing for me. Climbed back on the wagon and hanging on like crazy. minute by minute, mind over matter (or mind over mouth I guess)!

    OK guys....I incoporated all these exercises into my morning workout......

    Crunches x 100
    Lunges x 50 each leg
    Squats x 50
    Knee ups (can not do push ups....yet) x 16......my arms are weak....I have to get them stronger!!! I will try to do some more of these later!

    The GREAt thing about doing this WEEKEND BOOST is that it is also helping me to drink my water and stay focused!

    crunches-150
    lunges-10-each leg
    squats-25
    push-ups-15

    and I added a side bend with a 10lb weight and did 50 each side. I have knee problems and lunges are hard for me.[When one exercise doesn't work try another.:laugh: Have a great week everyone!:bigsmile:
