Please post any secrets to busting through and continueing to lose the last few pounds. I know that these pounds are the hardest to get rid of. The only thing I have found to work is to REALLY watch what I eat and to exercise more. Please share your ideas.

    I only have about 5-7 left to lose and I've been stuck here for about a month. I just started the 30 Day Shred on Tuesday and I have already lost half an inch from both my waist and hips. No weight loss yet but I feel stronger and I know once I gain some more muscle it'll start falling off. I definitely suggest trying it; I have seen a lot of great success stories for skinner girls just wanting to tone that have done it and gotten great results.

    Can you give us more details on the 30 Day Shred? It sounds interesting.

    I've been doing the 30 Day Shred, but it's been more like the 90 Day Shred. It's one of Jillian Michaels' early workout dvds. The workouts are less than 30 minutes in length. She uses 3-2-1 system, 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. You only need to buy weights. I started off using two pound weights. I'm on level 3 now, and I'm using 3 pound weights. There are 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days. I love Jillian's dvd because they kick my lazy butt, and I can get them for about $9 at Target (my second home). I hope this helps.
