Hi!
I've been on MFP for a year... my progress has been VERY SLOW but steady. I've already recognized (before learning about this) that wheat makes me icky, as does lactose, as does stuff heavy in sodium... I also get migraines which I'm sure will be helped with a change in diet.
I think I've finally got a grasp on my calorie intake and I've decided to go more primal/paleo... I'm easing myself into it (yes I know it's recommended to jump right in, but 50% healthier is better than 0%!). my deal with myself is that I'm going to finish up whatever "bad" items are around my kitchen, and have that be it.
So anywayyyy my point is - anyone wanna be friends to help inspire me along the way? I'm on here a lot (I can access from work... kind of a mixed blessing) and I do try to be a good supportive buddy
