I'm having a wonderful day. Gym tonight will include some weight training since there will be less stinky boys taking up space and looking at me funny. LOL. Also I ran yesterday so today I think I should do something different.0

Tonight I'm going to see the movie "Think like a man" with a friend after work so I don't think I'll get in a workout. Tomorrow morning I have kickboxing with my trainer and then Sunday morning I have a pole dancing class. :blushing:0

It's a gym day for me - NROLFW routine followed by C25K. I'm actually pretty excited.0 -
susieq - I love C25K and I did my session yesterday. I'm a bit stuck on week 5 with the 5 minute runs. I need more recovery time but I'm working on it.0

I'm normally not much of a runner, but decided to give it a whirl. This will only be my "Day 2", but honestly, I was shocked I completed "Day 1"! lol0

Jealous. I wish I could run. I severely injured my ankle when I was in HS and now any kind of repetitve pressure causes it to buckle. I'm hoping as I lose more weight and get stronger, that may change.
