Just bought BR this morning! Hoping it ships quickly because I'd like to start it May 1st or so. Is each phase 4 weeks? So excited!

    yes each phase is 4 weeks. But there are four different workouts plus a cardio. It mixes it up a bit and I love it!! I am going on week four of phase one. Feel free to add me for support!!
