Upping calories and no exercise?

Has anyone had luck in upping their calories and not really exercising but still losing weight and inches? I know it's best to exercise but just can't get myself motivated!

If you keep a deficit you will lose weight and some inches. That's just math, know what I mean? Inches will come off slower if you don't exercise (weight lifting more than cardio specifically) but they will come off- just not as many or in the same way. If you're a pear- you'll still be a pear.. just smaller unless you start reshaping your body with exercise0
