Here is your challenge for week 5 beginning on 4/23/2012
I hope you all are well hydrated from last weeks challenge!! This week we are challenging you to get some mileage in!! The goal is to complete 10 miles this week. Miles can be done walking, running, rowing, swimming, biking, ect. or any combination!! So lets get moving!!!

Does the bike give you mileage?? If not, does it give you an average speed....if it does we could calculate it??0 -
yes I do a lot of spin too!!! but the bike dont said nothing!! but It's for 45 min0

according to this source Moderate Intensity Physical Activity: 15 minutes nonstop = 1 mile---- zumba was specifically given as as an example.. so 1 hour of zumba moderate activity = 4 miles
maybe this will help some peiople out there0
