Calories Burned / Week 2,420 calories/week which daily would be 345.

Or what does Daily Calorie Deficit mean ? is say 990 calories?

so far i know i am suppose to eat below my
NUTRITIONAL GOALS GOALS
Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,560 calories/day

    I don't promote some amount per week because many times the pound per week gives you some huge deficit which then sets off other issues that are detailed in the stickies.

    What we suggest here...is calculating your TDEE and eating 15% under it making sure to net your BMR on high burn days.
