Sweat Fiends!

Way to show up today to pay the Debt Collector for your debts from this weekend - everyone still owes one round! David is correct. Let's make the effort to arrive by 6 AM so that we can set up and get workout instructions which will allow us to begin our warm up at 6:10. This will ensure we can complete the full prescribed workout every time. Let's test our new resolve on Wednesday! Speaking of Wednesday, please wear light colored clothing as we will do some group running; it should be a lot of fun! You won't need any other equipment.

SWEAT FIEND CHALLENGE!
I'd also like to invite you to a daily challenge that will get your arms and abs ripped, while competing against your fellow Sweat Fiends. Best of all, it will only require one minute and 30 seconds of your time. Starting Wednesday and EVERY evening thereafter, right before you go to bed, do the following: As many full or modified pushups as you can in 30 seconds, followed by 30 second of rest, then as many crunches as you can in 30 seconds. Bring your best totals to the class and we will compare notes for winners! You will compete against yourself as well as the team. Who's in???
