anyone else find level 1 too easy?

Don;t get me wrong, it does kick *kitten*. But I found it too easy compared to the 30 day shred and other workouts. Maby my body is used to working out harder? I don;t think I will feel sore tomorrow. And do you guys have any idea how many calories it burns for an average woman?

I agree with you 100%. It's definitely a far more low impact way to begin when compared to 30 day shred. Workouts 3 & 4 are a lot harder and more satisfying in my opinion!0

Workout 1 and 2 are definitely easier than 30 Day Shred... personally, I got away from circuit training in order to train for a 1/2 marathon and have not done much strength training at all over the past 5 weeks so am appreciating the method of easing into it... my legs are feeling it a bit today0

I agree. I have done some 30 day shred, no more trouble zones, and ripped in 30 and workouts 1 and 2 are easier than those and 3 and 4 are more comparable IMO. I usually do 1 and 2 when I'm feeling more tired or sore than normal. lol0

I felt like the 1 & 2 were deceptively easy, if that makes sense. I think that's why she recommends the Kickstart week schedule. You jump in with "doable" workouts, but two of them each day (for me, I didn't do 2 cardio workouts on the cardio days). The 2nd week is just single workouts, allowing you to "recover" a bit and then you jump into week 3 & 4.
I think it helps people ease into the program, before it's totally gnarly!!!0 -
i thought phase one was pretty simple, although the workouts did increase i did find them easy. started phase 2 today and that was a nice workout..:happy:0

I did 1 workout of level 1 and one cardio 1, then I went right to weeks 3 & 4 and cardio 2. After completing Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme, I just found it way to easy. I am finding 3 & 4 more difficult, plus I add in 30 minutes of HIIT afterwards.0

Yes, but I'm glad I did it. It helped me perfect my form on some of the moves.0

I'm finding it a little easy, but that's probably because I've done other DVDs of hers and am used to her pushing. It feels light, but the easy intro is welcome rather than jumping right into Kick Your *kitten* mode that I am fearing later on.0
