Recipe for healthy Anzac Cookies!

I thought that you guys would appreciate this recipe I found online.

I made it a tad healthier, and a bit lower in calories by subbing the syrup & sugar with sugar-free maple syrup, and using an egg white instead of an entire egg.

Ok so the first turned out runny and odd, so I used less SF maple syrup, and used 3 teaspoons of caster sugar, and two sachets of splenda. Now they look and smell a whole lot better.

They didn't taste the best though...lol.
My second batch tasted much better, though. I kept the caster sugar (used raw), and just substituted the golden syrup with Sugar-free maple flavoured syrup.0 -
I ended up with a slice
No stats as I'm not counting but used way less coconut oil than you and I forgot about any sweeteners. Was ok, nothing to write home about. 2/3 cup oats, 30g coconut flour, 4 egg whites, 1 tbspn coconut oil, some sf maple syrup & baking powder.
