- Icy Hot is a magic potion
- It doesn't matter if your shoes only have 15 miles on them, if they're 6 years old they need to be replaced. Immediately.
- Don't take your knees for granted when you're young

    I know exactly what your saying I am also on Week 3 heading out the door to do day 2.
    I weigh 260 lbs and the stick icy hot is one of my best friends.

    Amen again to the Knee advice!
    Keep your legs elevated as much as possible during the day and night. Stretch before and after. Try to build more strength in your quads and hamstrings. If necessary, take a day off and walk instead.
