I'm on W4 D2

I'm just wondering.... how do I know if I should repeat a week? Like, if I make it through all of the running times, do I assume I'm ready to keep moving forward? I don't want to base it on "how I feel" because honestly, I FEEL pretty great. Especially after W4 D1- I had no idea what to expect, and I made it through all of the running. Slow as molasses, but I made it.
I'm getting really nervous about W5, and I really don't want to end up being a quitter.

If you feel great move ahead! Don't let the next week get to you, I did that and put off doing Week 7, I did a couple of extra days in Week 6, and I probably didn't have to. It really wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be! Your body will tell you if you need to repeat, don't let your head tell you:flowerforyou: Keep it up!0

If you're completing the current weeks, keep on going! You'll be so pleasantly surprised in these next few weeks.I was terribly nervous each and every week and just kept on it, and now i'm supposed to do week 8 this week and I am finally starting to feel like maybe I can do this.0

You got this! I was going to repeat Week 3 due to some knee pain, but I went for the glory this AM and started on Week 4 and I am SO glad I did!0

My W4, D1 was yesterday. I cannot believe that I can run for 5 entire minutes. Slow, admittedly, but still! :-)0

Starting week 5 either today or tomorrow! I did an extra day in week 4 because I had to work the past 3 days (about 14-16 hour days on average) and I was just too tired to do c25k. Gonna give week 5 a shot!0
