Few Questions

Ok...so I may be a bit off here, but I have a few questions.
Sorry if they may be "dumb" but I'm one of those that would rather have an answer than be a fool, so be gentle!
1.) Do you have to belong to a gym to participate in the Live Fit 12 week program?
If no, what equipment is needed? Or if it's on the website, what is the link?
2.) Also, am I the only one who finds the website a bit confusing?
3.) Am I correct in stating that I can print off the workouts if I don't have access to a computer/ipad during workout time?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey!
I just joined the group and saw you had questions. I'll try to answer them the best I can. I've done the program once already!
1.) No, I don't think you need to belong to a gym, It would be helpful, but I think you can adjust the workouts to complete the program! Do you have free weights at home? There is a link on the website for workouts if you can't make it to the gym, maybe those will help...Let me find the link for you...

It's on that page!
What I love about the site is that if there is an exercise that you don't have access to (at home or the gym) then you can click on it and it will have other exercises that you can do to target the same muscle group!
2.) I found it very confusing at first, it gets easier. How is it going now for you? Any better?
3.) Yes, you can print them off! I always wrote them down, but you can print them! It's at the bottom of the workout!
Hope it's all going well for you and that I helped somewhat! Good luck!0
