Trying to hit all the majors

For me, getting in shape is more than any one thing. It includes eating right, exercise right and getting enough sleep. MyFitnessPal has been awesome for accountability and watching the calories. Just started Shakeology for lunches (definitely not for the taste....hmmm).

Insanity schedule is pushing me to be consistent and logging workouts to the Wowy gym... haven't missed a workout yet! woohoo! And sleep? well, not so much.... that is always a tough one for me. Something I have to force myself to do (especially, when I workout at night or have work to do). However, I am in the 4th week of Insanity..... feeling great, lost 9pounds, and the clothes are fitting a bit looser. I am not in a race, but trying to develop a lifestyle. And a little goal..... to be able to stay going with the staff of Insanity through their workouts without stopping. No rush there.... Sure but steady. Peace out! ;-)
