It's weird to eat this much.

I can't believe how much food I was able to eat today, all within my goals. I even got in all the protein I wanted to (143g - set at 25%, working my way up to 30%), while netting 50 above my BMR and not going over on carbs or fat. Went way over on sodium (as usual - working on that), but everything else was within range.

I hope this works, because oh boy does it feel nice to eat like a normal person and not feel like I'm starving myself!

I had a 500 calorie breakfast with 45g of protein and it kept me satisfied enough that I was able to turn down cupcakes and ice cream at a birthday party I went to with my kids. Now, I know I didn't have to turn them down, but I've been eating a lot of junk lately and I'm trying to work on eating better while I make this switch to eating more. I stuck to the fruit and had a mini bagel and was perfectly happy

I don't know what I expect for a response, but I'm just excited and wanted to share

Please, please let this work for me!!!!

Ditto. I was never a calorie counter until I came here. I always felt I had to eat less. I thought I was overeating. Until I came here and realized that I wasn't eating nearly enough most days and then binging 1-2 days in a week. It does feel good to eat more every day and not feel the need to binge!

    Fantastic!

That was me, as well - to binge one or 2 days every week or so because I felt so deprived. I'm very hopeful this will make it so I never feel deprived, thus never feeling the need to stuff my face with junk :D

Well done! It's such a good feeling when you realise you can actually eat 'normally' : )

Today I hopped on the scale (as I do most mornings, I know, I know, lol :D) and it showed a new low. So while I know it might bounce back up at some point before decreasing again, it made me feel great! :)

Hit my new macros for the first time today -- it took me three weeks to build up the mindset/habits/pantry to get that much protein in. I forgot what it feels like to be hungry. I am FUUUUULLL!
