New and confused???

So, I like everyone else am ready to get in shape for the summer! I think this challenge sounds like a great idea but I am a bit confused as to how to begin, their site is a bit difficult to navigate and I am not sure where the calender is, can anyone help me get started

I agree their website designer (if he/she exists) is awful. I also don't get their e-mail until late at night (I'm East Coast US), so they're not always helpful and I need to check the site.
