almond meal/flax meal

Please can someone tell the difference if there is one between flax meal, linseed and ground flax seeds, sorry but never used any of these and in Uk so if anyone knows where to get these, my local health shop had none of them and they just looked at me strangely,
also is almond meal the same as almond meal flour.

Linseed is the same as Flax seed- it's just a UK word for it.
Asda and Tesco sell whole flax seeds/ Linseeds, which you would need to grind in a coffee grinder. I buy my ground flax seed from Holland & Barrett, the brand is called Linwoods.
Holland & Barratt also sell coconut flour and Xylitol.
Ground almonds is the same as almond meal, you can buy that anywhere. Good luck!0 -

I bought my first pack of linseed at Asda, it cost me£1.80 for a tiny bag...Look at the above link..1Kg for £3.290 -

Forgot to mention...the bag i buy is the 1kg bag, but i grind them myself in a coffee grinder...saves money..Bit more expensive for the already ground flax...But the choice is yours..Either way its a damn site cheaper than Asda..0
