Starting next week and I have a question

Hi ladies, I'm looking to start the program next week, but currently do other exercises that I would rather not give up. Could you look over my schedule and let me know if you think it's doable, don't want to burn out ![:wink: :wink:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Monday- Kettlebells
Tuesday- Pilates and poledancing
Wednesday- Lifting
Thursday- Body balance
Friday- Lifting

as long as Thursday- Body balance isnt terribly challenging I think you'll be ok... And depending on how challenging the poledancing/pilates is, you may consider putting a rest day between that and Lifting, and bump everything back a day, that'll still give you one rest day on Sunday.
