Starting next week and I have a question

Hi ladies, I'm looking to start the program next week, but currently do other exercises that I would rather not give up. Could you look over my schedule and let me know if you think it's doable, don't want to burn out :wink:
Monday- Kettlebells
Tuesday- Pilates and poledancing
Wednesday- Lifting
Thursday- Body balance
Friday- Lifting

Thanks for any imput and advice. Feel free to friend me, love to have some friends on the program

    as long as Thursday- Body balance isnt terribly challenging I think you'll be ok... And depending on how challenging the poledancing/pilates is, you may consider putting a rest day between that and Lifting, and bump everything back a day, that'll still give you one rest day on Sunday.

    try it out and see how it goes, sounds like fun!
