Hi. This Januaty I noticed I was 165lbs, which was an all time high for me. I am a vegetarian and I don't eat sweets, so I think for long I took for granted good eating habbits. On January 19th I started a gym membership and a couple weeks later I started a food journal. Since then here are my accomplishments....

* lost 18 lbs!!!

* lost at least an inch around thighs (I didn't start to measure until about 7 weeks in).

* body fat percentage dropped from 30% to 20.5 percent

* started strength training

* started running

* increased agility and endurance

* first 5k on this saturday, on my birthday!!!

I feel a lot better, i look a lot better and I think I am more confident. I don't mean to brag, I just am soooooooo happy and had to share :)
